    Attracted by construction and architecture, Bastien focused his studies on real estate after a financial background.

    Passionate about the "housing question" and the challenges it represents as an essential element of the economy: social policy, environmental challenges, patrimonial and financial assets, he turned to real estate development, which enables him to provide a comprehensive response to all these issues.

    Deeply attached to his origins, and after having accumulated ten years of experience in the Ile-de-France region, eight of which were with a national developer (Icade Promotion), he felt the need to return to his roots, close to his own people, in order to offer his know-how. He created Casa Terra Real Estate in 2020.
